Decorating the tree is always a great family time. Doug was on the road for the 6 weeks before we got the tree up, so it was particularly nice for him to have some quality family time.

Zoe had a Christmas paegent at school. They dressed up and sang "Must Be Santa". Of course, if you want to know what it was like, the title of the song is probably better stated as "MUST BE SANTA!!!!". Picture twenty 5 year-olds all shout/singing at the top of their lungs.

And of course we made it to see the fat guy. It's a little different from last year, though. Santa in warm climates doesn't seem the same, and there are fewer quality candidates to choose from, though. none the less, the girls were glad they got a chance to ask for what they wanted. Zoe has her heart set on a Scooter. Something tells me the big guy is going to come through for her. :-)
