We stayed at the Disney Grand Californian - highly recommended.
For both Zoe's birthday and for Halloween, Zoe dressed in costume. Kathryn made the most amazing Cinderella costume - all from scratch. On Zoe's Birthday, we had a special "Character Breakfast" at Goofy's Kitchen. Snow White stopped by to say hello. The Alice tried to say hello too, but Zoe was absolutely terrified of The Mad Hatter. That's OK...

We spent one morning running around and getting Autographs. It was interesting- before Zoe had an autograph book, she was always wary of the characters. Once she had a book to ask them to sign, though, she was right in there. Here's a page of Zoe with virtually every character in the park...
Zoe really found her friends, though- Chip and Dale were her favorites from the whole trip. We scored really big when, on the last day of the trip, we had breakfast at Storytellers Cafe (at the Grand Californian) and Chip & Dale were there. Zoe had them essentially to herself, and she was on top of the world.
